Before buying any stove-model, please call or contact us to check availability. Stoves are selling fast and some models might be out of stock.
Company Policy
Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice. If you place an order your price will not change. If some of the models are out of stock, you can put 300.00 euro deposit and your price will not change.
Orders: Must be accompanied with payment in full.

- Personal Check (requires a 2 week period to verify they have cleared).
Shipping: We can arrange shipments to residential addresses if it can be accessed by a freight truck. There is no additional fee for this service, but there is additional charge to insure that the truck has a lift gate on it. If residential delivery is not available your shipment will be delivered to the nearest freight post. Residential delivery services are not responsible for taking items off their truck and bring them into your home or garage. Some local delivery services may offer to do this for you at no charge, other may do this for a fee, and others may not have the capability of unloading at all. Stoves are very heavy so be prepared to deal with this when your shipment arrives or when you are called to schedule delivery.
Inspection of goods: When you receive an item that is shipped to you, be sure to open the box or crate and inspect goods thoroughly before accepting and signing for delivery. We can not be held responsible for any cost to replace damaged product that has been accepted and signed for. If you discover upon inspection that the product is damaged, make a notation on bill of lading describing the damage.
Return policy: Thermopoint Ltd offers a 30 day return policy. We will make every attempt to make sure that your purchase is well suited for your situation. If you decide that you want to return merchandise, you must first contact Thermopoint Ltd for authorization. The return products will be subject to our inspection. All goods must be shipped freight prepaid by customer or it will not be accepted. It must be returned undamaged, unused and in original packaging. Refund will be issued less 20% restocking fee.
Liability: We will not be held liable for any damages due to shipping delays, product availability, act of God or any other direct losses or associated losses caused by Thermopoint Ltd assumes no liability arising from the use, or mis-operation of any products purchased from us and at no time shall be responsible for any amount greater that the purchase price of said product.
For your safety, contact your local building or fire official regarding permits, restrictions and installation requirements for your area. Check with your insurance company before using in your home.
